as for low energy
and being tired
working out fixes it
its so easy
i recommend to anyone really
you dont need coffee to stay awake
or cola cola or energy drinks
just do calisthinetics
you dont need a gym card that doesnt get used
you dont need heavy weights
you dont have to run to build fitness
all you need is bicep curls
the simplest workout form there is
so take that hand out of your crotch
as youre laying in bed surfing online
even if you only do that in the morning
and before going to sleep, and but the other
hand in workout mode, if you work out just
1 hour per day for a month thats 30 hours
thats not peanuts. and in a year its 360 hours
that wont get unnoticed, you look much healthier
just the first time you do it without needing
makeup anymore. if you want to look good, be
a good person. corruption shows in the face.
if youre grouchy you look grouchy, thats how it works.
